VAKANCE: PROJECT MANAGER
The international real estate development company specialized in semi-industrial projects with the progressive business record, listed at Prague Stock Exchange and Euronext Brussels. The company is operating in the Czech Republic, Baltics states, Slovakia, Rumania and in Hungary. For its further expansion VGP is looking for people who are enthusiastic in projects management.

VGP IS LOOKING FOR A PROJECT MANAGER
The person will be responsible for the specific project in Latvia and/or in Baltic countries which is up to negotiation with potential candidate.
The project managers will report to the Chief Operating Officer and your main responsibilities will include:
- Taking responsibility for all technical aspects in respect of a number of specific real estate development projects across the Latvia;
- Ensuring that all requirements from future tenants are properly and appropriately translated into the technical specifications of the projects with subsequent implementation as required;
- Cost management;
- Follow-up of budgets and timing of the projects;
- Coordination of contractors; design and permit procedures;
- Assistance of Purchasing department with tendering process;
- Assistance to Sales department with the marketing of the projects.
The successful candidate has a University Technical Degree – Civil Engineering with a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar position. Fluency in English is required as well as very good computer skills (MS Office).
The ideal candidate demonstrates excellent analytical and problem solving skills as well as strong intellectual ability, interpersonal and communication skills. Commercial understanding, customer service orientation and a professional approach are essential.
